Hootsuite – Twitter Application
Hootsuite has been my favorite Twitter application for over 6 months and it just keeps getting better! You can use it across multiple Twitter accounts and then set up columns for Direct Messages, Sent Tweets, Mentions (to monitor your brand), Pending Tweets (to keep track of Tweets you have scheduled in the future) and even keywords or groups.
When Twitter came out with its new List feature it took Hootsuite less than 10 days to integrate that into its interface.
Because it is web-based Hootsuite does not slow down your computer like Tweetdeck can and I like the light colored interface much better as well.
I cant think of one negative thing to say about it so head over and give it a try.

TwitterMiner Application
This application allows you to search the Internet using RSS feeds or search Twitter using hashtags (#) for relevant and useful content for your followers. Since content is king online this could be a very useful tool indeed. They have a free and paid version and they even have an affiliate program.

Social bookmarking Why is it important?
