If you do business online I am sure you have been asked for a refund. If it has not happened yet I promise it will happen sometime in the near future. Someone will be dissatisfied with your product or your service and they will call you up upset to discuss the problem.

Gary Vaynerchuk @garyvee has pointed out that one of the reasons Social Media Marketing is so effective is because it gives you the opportunity to show that you really care about your prospects and client. He says that to be successful online we must be able to “scale caring”.

I am writing about this because last week I was the consumer that had a problem and I am sad to say the process was not what I expected. Did I get my refund? Yes most defiantly I did but did I get it in a way that made me feel good about myself and the other company I was doing business with? The answer is a resounding NO!
